It deserves its 3 stars. The views and location were just perfect! The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated sunny balcony.

Delicious breakfast, very clean room, helpful stuff. We liked sitting on the sunny balcony. In addition, free Wi Fi was a plus. We did not want to leave, recommend.
